They will give you that proof of manufacture for 38.49. If your serial number is listed on their website, it will be quick. Serial numbers/ranges not listed on their site may/maynot get a letter. They will also verify SGW lowers too. I called because a Range Officer at Highrock stated he got the letter from them over one of his preban lowers.
